Owner

I am an Oregon native but have lived across the US. I have two young boys and am passionate about not only their health and wellness but that of all of us and our kids. I'm excited to be a part of moving the needle forward toward holistic wellness habits beginning in early life.

Owner

I am a designer and marketer passionate about our children's future. I believe we can teach our kids healthy habits from an early age to help them lead happy and successful lives.

Adam

Coach

I am a men's coach & spiritual wilderness guide. As an educator, I have worked as a musician, yogi, and meditation facilitator, bringing sacred elements of play to life through melody, movement, and magic. I love to see what happens when young people consciously explore their innate rhythm and imagination. When I’m not at Happy Habits, you can find me meditating somewhere no one can find me, jamming on my saxophone with groovy friends, or leading sacred circles around the community.

I am an athlete, mother, wife and proud dog mom. I am a professional, who has a big heart when it comes to teaching children how to channel their energy, into positive actions. Thrilled to be a part of the Happy Habits team!

Working with children in outdoor recreational settings is something I am super passionate about! When I am not coaching, I love to hike and ski in the mountains with my pup, Tuna! A favorite quote of mine from Ralph Waldo Emerson: "Live in the sunshine, swim in the sea, drink in the wild air."

I have two daughters and enjoy getting outside for hikes, spending days at the various lakes, or enjoying some time with friends. I have seen how impactful it is to create a well-balanced lifestyle that encourages physical, mental and social-emotional health with my own children. I am looking forward to encouraging kids to believe in themselves, think positively, and keep trying!
